The prime minister sat down with our trade correspondent Lucy White at Chequers, his official Buckinghamshire estate, to rave about a pact that is hoped to add nearly £5 billion to the UK's annual economic output (note: this is very little, as a percentage, but over time such incremental gains could be significant if you achieve enough of them.)
